Starting
in 1997, Dumler Properties began developing commercial mixed
use space in Beaufort County, the fastest growing county in
South Carolina. Since then, we have developed over 550,000
square feet of commercial space. We are committed to quality,

People

Robert
M. Dumler is the founder of Dumler Properties and
has served as its president since 1995. He has over
30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including
development, brokerage, consulting, and construction.
Prior
to the formation of Dumler Properties, Robert, in 1974,
began his career in San Francisco, California with Coldwell
Banker Commercial Real Estate as a commercial sales
agent. Afterwards, he was recruited to become one of
six managers of the Irvine Industrial Complex, at the
time, the largest office/industrial master plan complex
in the United States.
Robert
spent the next 20 years in San Diego, CA, Pittsburgh,
PA, and Charlotte, NC, developing and brokering numerous
office, retail and office/warehouse projects.
In
1997, Robert moved to Hilton Head Island, SC, and began
developing office and mixed use space in Savannah, GA,
and Bluffton, SC.

Brooke
Dumler Snow is the Vice President of Development
for Dumler Properties. Brooke has over 7 years of development,
architectural, and interior design experience. She has
worked and managed both large and small scale development
projects. Prior to joining Dumler Properties, Brooke
worked as senior interior designer and project manager
for David S. Brown, who is a large commercial developer
outside of Baltimore, Maryland as well as a senior interior
designer for a large architectural firm, Fox Architects,
in the Washington, DC area.

Drew
Dumler is the Project and Construction Manager for
Dumler Properties. Drew has several years experience
in the construction industry and also was a Business
Management and Economics major at the University of
South Carolina.

Shawn
M. Snow is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing
for Dumler Properties and South Carolina Realty Advisors,
a commercial brokerage firm. Shawn has over 11 years
experience in sales and marketing. Prior to joining
Dumler Properties, Shawn worked as a management consultant
for a professional services firm in Washington, DC.
and worked as a residential sales agent in Maryland
and Virginia.

John
Mosca, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Dumler
Properties, LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant
with over thirty years in practice. Prior to moving
to the Low Country in 1999, he was a partner in a large
New York City accounting firm, which specialized in
real estate accounting and taxation. John is the President-elect
of the Okatie Rotary Club and will be the President
on July 1st.

Christie
Turner-Linares is the Office and Accounting Manager
for Dumler Properties. Christie began working for Dumler
Properties in January 2006. Christie has over 12 years
of office management, accounting, and book keeping experience.
Prior to working for Dumler Properties, Christie worked
for Island Glass out of Hilton Head Island as an in-house
accountant.
